Kong-sao-shao Viktor Sevnik was the commander of the Third Tikonov Guards' Third Tikonov Orbital Guard, with the Capellan Confederation, from at least 3145 to 3146.[1][2]

Sevnik, with the Third Tikonov Guards' Third Tikonov Orbital Guard, was based on Demeter as of 3145.[1] In 3146, Sevnik led the Tikonov Orbital Guard during the Battle of Marlette, helping cover the Third's retreat from Marlette and the Fifth Crucis Lancers, using his Saroyan jump bombers to conduct risky airstrikes against prepared positions.[2]
