Lieutenant Virgil Manning was a member of Delta Regiment of Wolf's Dragoons as of 3028.[1]

History[edit]
As of early 3028, Manning was the commander of the Recon Lance ("The Bugs"), Summers's Company of Charlie Battalion. Following the Battle of Misery Manning's lance joined Delta Regiment's Third Provisional Company, as part of which he went on to also fight in the Battle of Crossing, where he was blinded and his 'Mech destroyed.[1]
