Captain Sir Declan Reed was of the few Star League Gunslingers from the Free Worlds League.[1][2]

Knighted for his services, he retired from the SLDF with a winning record in Gunslinger duels against Combine Panthers. After that, he returned to the League, joining the Sorunda Planetary Militia, serving there until his death from natural causes at the age of 121.[1][2]

Reed was known to have piloted an Icarus II BattleMech, which he upgraded to participate in his duels.[1][2]
