Chaka Mobuto - spelt as Chaka Mobutu - is mentioned by name in the fluff text for two "Solaris Games Veteran" cards for the BattleTech Collectible Card Game (CCG), in the MechWarrior and Commander's Edition (otherwise identical):

• Solaris Games Veteran (CCG - CommandersEdition)
