The 451st Striker Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

In 2764 the 451st was a part of the XXV Corps within the Eighth Army, assigned to District 1 of the Free Worlds League Military Region. In 2765 it was stationed in the Principality of Regulus, and had participated in some police actions on Aitutaki.^[1]

The 451st was then transferred to District 3 by 2765 to take part in the SLDF response to the Periphery Uprising.^[2] The 451st was destroyed during the Hegemony Campaign.^[2]
