History
Alpha Galaxy was one of the first units re-created after the re-formation of Clan Wolf. They started with a single front-line Cluster and a Keshik Trinary. Two garrison Clusters were promoted to front-line status and a new Cluster of Trueborns rushed through a training program formed the last Cluster. These diverse Clusters allowed the re-formed Wolf Clan to spread elite warriors across their touman instead of hoarding them all in a single unit.[1]
In 3067 Alpha Galaxy was shifted to the Wolf/Clan Ghost Bear border.[2]
During the formation of the Wolf Empire elements of Alpha Galaxy took the Gannett system from the Free Worlds League.[3] Alpha Galaxy also participated in the assault on Tharkad[4] and defeated the Golden Ordun on Hesperus II. Prior to that, Alpha was used to launch a series of strikes into The Republic of the Sphere's Prefecture IX.[5]
