Baldric Kell was an trueborn officer of Clan Wolf-in-Exile.
History
Born from the genetic giftake of Phelan Kell, Baldric was the only Bloodhouse Kell to rise to prominence within the Exiled Wolves. He was the former commanding officer of Anastasia Kerensky.[1]
