Description

The Behemoth II Heavy Tank was a vehicle utilized by military forces in the 3130s. The vehicle's plans were conceived in 3097.[3]

The vehicle first appeared in services of military forces just prior to the HPG Blackout of 3132. Aldis Industries was desperate to boost sales during a period of peace at the time, selling the vehicles to any buyers available. Sales suddenly skyrocketed after the breakout of fighting after the blackout.

Armaments & Capabilities

All of the Tank's weaponry are mounted in its turret. The vehicle is armed mostly with long range weaponry of a single Gauss Rifle and eight Thunderbolt 5 missile launchers, but is also equiped with four Rocket Launcher 10s to defend itself, should the enemy close in on it's position.[2]

The vehicle is powered by a Vlar 300 rated Extra-Light Fusion Engine, to allow it to move 50 kph, and allow it to carry its extensive amount of weaponry and its 10.5 tons of ferro-fibrous armor.[1]

Variants

Support Variant - This variant keeps the Gauss Rifle with two tons of ammunition, but exchanges the rest of the weaponry for a co-ax ER Large Laser, a pair of LRM 20 launchers with four tons of ammunition and a pair of SRM 4 launchers with one ton of ammunition for close-range defense.[2]

Design Quirks
