Butler Ship Yards was a JumpShip manufacturing center established in the 3060s. The facility was attacked several times by the Lyran Alliance/Lyran Commonwealth, but survived. During and after the Jihad, the Butler Ship Yards was the only location where the Clan Jade Falcon touman could service its naval assets.[1]
During the Jihad Butler Ship Yards lost approximately 10% of its employees. The plant was operating at barely more than a third of its maximum capacity in 3079.[2]
