Jenkins was born in the Federated Suns to parents with a Free Worlds League heritage. She was recruited young and trained to be a League sleeper agent living and working in Federated Suns territory. [2]
Jenkins was a volunteer in the hospital facility where the false Joshua Marik was receiving treatment for leukemia. She learned during this time that Joshua Marik and Thomas Marik were not genetically related. She was present when Capellan Confederation operatives attempted to assassinate Joshua, and saved the boy's life.[3]
Jenkins was apprehended by Federated Commonwealth operatives, who turned her loyalty from the League to the Federation. She began working with Curaitis to find evidence proving Katrina Steiner-Davion's assassination plots. [4]
Death[edit]
Francesca would be killed by Richard Dehaver when a blackmail operation by her and Agent Curaitis went wrong and the money was boobytrapped.[1]
