Gregor Siever was cousin to the House Amaris rulers of the Rim Worlds Republic.[1]
History[edit]
Gregor Siever was third in the line of succession upon the death of President Selanta Amaris in 2687, after Selanta's son Bertram and his own brother Carl. He murdered Bertram before he could be sworn in office and less than an hour later, on almost the same spot, he tried to kill his brother to seize power for himself. Gregor and Carl fought hand-to-hand for control of the Republic with Carl the only survivor.[1]
