Hamilton Rander was the Planetary Governor of Schedar in 3085.

History[edit]

Hamilton Rander and his family have been living very well after talking their way into planetary rule post-Jihad, and they have been actively opposing a variety of organizations and religious movements that have been publicly criticizing him for his obvious nepotism, outright corruption and apparent lack of moral fiber.

His activities were exposed during the crisis and the arrival of Lamenkov's Liability to remove Schedar Enlightenment and Liberation Force. He found himself encouraged to improve by Devlin Stone himself, under the threat of invasion should SELF make a resurgence.[1]
