Duke Hassid Ricol (2977 – 30??) also known as The Red Duke or by the alias Ruby. Hassid is a prominent member of the Kokuryu-kai ("Black Dragon Society").
Character History
Alshain Military District
In 3034, the remaining Draconis Combine held a portion of the Rasalhague Military District is renamed as the Alshain Military District with Hassid being posted as its Warlord.
Jihad
In 3071, Ricol under the codename of Ruby meets with Councel of Gems. They discuss the problems of the Clan Nova Cat disobeying the Combine's current government and civil disobedience of Azami people.
