Hideki Ishmaru was the commanding officer of the Draconis Elite Strike Teams.
History[edit]
Ishmaru was promoted to command of the Draconis Elite Strike Teams program in 3058 after Hohiro Kiguri was implicated in the Kokuryu-kai plot to assassinate Theodore Kurita.[1]
