House Hartford are a notable family within the Lyran Commonwealth claiming ownership of HartfordCo Industries and several heavy Industrial concerns during the Star League era. The succession wars rendered much of this industrial might unusable. In the mid 3050s the family estate on Solaris was converted into a Class 4 BattleMech Arena called Hartford Gardens.

- Jimmie Hartford, The heir to the family fortune in the mid-3050s.
Other Hartfords
- Primus Gregori Hartford could be a relation to the family and possibly even a contribution to the hard times the family has fallen upon.
- It is currently unkown if the Clan Steel Viper Bloodname House of the same name is related.[1]
