Julia Delgado was a formed MechWarrior from Fitzhugh Stables that sometimes prior to 3051 when she was accused of cheating in a match. She left her Stables with a bitter taste in her mouth and led to hear leaving to The Reaches and there she created her own prostitution ring which over time evolved to The Dead.[1]
