Julian Dux was a corporate magnate who briefly served as the interim Prime Minister of the Capellan Commonality during the mid-twenty-fourth century. Appointed in May 2357 due to failed elections the previous year, Dux's term was marked by his government's eroding legitimacy among its citizenry. His short time in office was most noteworthy for the occupation of Bell in September by the Federated Suns and the subsequent mysterious disappearance of everybody on the planet. This bizarre incident, coupled with unrest over the loss of Chesterton and other Capellan Zone worlds, caused Dux's government to collapse in 2358, and Dux himself was replaced by Seluk Tucas.[1] [2]
