Karl Steiner was a Lyran Commonwealth noble and lecturer at The Nagelring. Unlike his father and older brother, Karl did not follow the path to commanding 'Mech regiments. Instead, he had taken a position lecturing cadets by 3067.[1] The Nagelring suffered heavy damage during the Word of Blake occupation of Tharkad and his survival in the Jihad is unknown.[2]
