Kristin Crowley was a hovercraft racer and Combat vehicle commander during the Dark Age Era.[1]

History[edit]
Crowley was initially a hovercraft racer and speed fanatic, whose victories included the 3112 and 3113 Pan-Solaris Opens, a marathon event all but eclipsed today by the Equatus 500. An accident in the 3115 Open proved to be the downfall of Crowley's racing career.
Recognizing her high-speed driving skills and her gift for adapting on the fly, she was however identified as a prospect by recruiters for the Hansen's Roughriders mercenary command, who offered her all the speed and excitement she could want as a scout hovercraft pilot. Following the collapse of the HPG network and for reasons only she knows, Crowley left the Roughriders for the Ghost Legion of the Swordsworn. Vehicle[edit]
Crowley was known to have piloted a modified Pegasus light hovertank, serial number DC3407-140B, nicknamed "Peeper". Initially built for the Draconis Combine just before the Word of Blake Jihad, this vehicle was captured by the Word of Blake early in the war, and modified by them. Being captured in turn by Devlin Stone's resistance forces, it survived the loss of three crews during heavy fighting during the Jihad, to remain in service with the Republic of the Sphere after its formation.[1]
