The Succession Wars
Third Succession War
In 3019, the Wolf's Dragoons would raid Launam on their way to Hesperus II. As the Lyran Commonwealth command was expecting a follow-up raid on Arcadia or Hyde, they met little opposition.[14]
Fourth Succession War
The Free Worlds League conquered Launam in October 3028. It was one of several systems captured during Operation DAGGER, the Free Worlds League Military Fourth Succession War offensive against the Lyran Commonwealth. Lacking a BattleMech regiment with which to mount a defense, Launam was easily captured.[16]
