The LCS Odessa was a Commonwealth-class light cruiser in service with the Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces during the First Succession War.

The Odessa was deployed alongside a sister ship, the LCS Porrima, as escorts for the Fourteenth Arcturan Guards during the conquest of the former Terran Hegemony world of Denebola in 2786.[1]
The Free Worlds League had conquered Denebola in 2785 and assigned the Thirty-fourth Marik Militia to garrison the planet, but the Thirty-fourth was still settling into their chosen base - the battered Star League-era facilities that had formerly been the base of the Star League Defense Force 282nd Mechanized Infantry Division - and fending off low-level raids and skirmishes from pro-Hegemony guerrillas when the Lyran task force arrived.[1]
