Operation Vijay - This was a military operation conducted in June 28th, 3073. It was executed by solely Principality of Regulus against Word of Blake held world of Gibson. The five week campaign ended in failure as Regulan forces were unprepared for the fire power of the Blake.

Operation Brief
The operation was conceived by Regulan Prince Kirc Cameron-Jones, after his betrayal of mistress Sonja Amora who turn out to be Blakist Manei Domini spy named Naamah.[1] Wanting take revenge destruction of his capital city and fueled by his growing paranoia everyone, he turn to his his estranged son. Kirc had his son, Titus Cameron-Jones plan & organize a military task force to strike at Gibson and destroy its BattleMech manfacturing facilities, the Gibson Federated BattleMechs.
Forces involved in Task Forces
The original draft for Vijay was involved, the Fourth Regulan Hussars regiment leading invasion of the planet. Titus Cameron-Jones recruited couple elite anti-blakist mercenary regiments. However, the Prince insisted additional forces were needed. Titus was able recruit several lesser known mercenary companies to accompany the Task Force.

Operation History
After being appointed by his father, Titus Cameron-Jones organized and neigoated principly two elite anti-Blakist regiments whom both belong to the Allied Mercenary Command. However, in April after being in several lesser mercenary commands to augement the Task Force, Titus is put under house arrest by his pariona father due to Titus's rise in popularity. He then changes task force commander. Prince Kirc appoints retired General Tomaso Kinchuhara to command the task force.
In haste, Prince Kirc order the Task Force deploy to Gibson.
On June 28th, 3073 Regulan Task Force begins it assault on Gibson. Against strong suggests of the Commander of the Wild Geese, General Kinchuhara orders massive Combat Drop on the Gibson BattleMech Federation complex.
After the landing, General Kinchuhara leads the Fourth Regulans into the manfacturing complex. However, they are ambushed by Battle Armor hidden within the complex. The Wild Geese and Thirteenth move in to aids to Regulans, but they themselves are flanked by 52nd Shadow Division, whom were thought to be off world. The Task Force's smaller mercenary commands come under attack, by the 49th Shadow Division whom had conducted its own combat drop directly onto of them.
All forces under pressure, Precentor Apollyon, the commander of all the Manei Domini forces, orders all forces to surrender. The demoralized smaller mercenary commands, power down their 'mechs. Leaving the Regulans along and isolated. However the battle turned for worse, when Blakist Battle Armor tossed the body of General Kinchuhara from cockpit of his 'Mech.
Demoralized with loss of their commander, the executive officer of the Task Force calls for general retreat. The command net of the task forces becomes three way shouting fest between the bereft commanding officer of Regulans, Wild Geese commander, and some of the suviving small mercenaries companies.
The task force boosted to their waiting JumpShips fleet, it Task Force fleet was under attack by Blakist WarShips. Capturing some of the ships, while destroying the majority of Task Force's aerospace assets. Only regiment worth of the combined task force's troops manage to escape from Gibson.
