Paraiso

Paraiso was one of the three independent Slowboat Colonization that successfully arrived to a new system and colonized it. The colonist were Brazilians.[1]

History[edit]

Nothing was known on its fate until the 2330s when the records of the slowboat projects were rediscovered by historians. This prompted the Terran Hegemony to launch a much publicized "quest for the lost colonies". By 2338, it was found that Paraiso was growing, if not prospering. Paraiso's 15,000 inhabitants abandoned their colony when the Hegemony offered them passage to a habitable planet.[1]

Political Affiliation[edit]

  • Circa 2250 - Independent[1]
  • 2338 - Independent/Abandoned after accepting Hegemony's offer[1]
