Quong is listed as an Exclusive Bloodname for Clan Cloud Cobra Elementals after Operation REVIVAL[2]. After the Wars of Reaving it remains as an Exclusive Bloodname of Clan Cloud Cobra, however it only has a Bloodcount of five or less active Bloodrights[3].
