History
Ralf, who was the leader, was know because he was trying to add a pipe with drinking water and electricity to the community.
He claimed to be a refugee from the Tamar Pact that ought besides Duke Selvin Kelswa on Tamar during the Wolf Clan attack that claimed Tamar City, but several of his fellow refugees (from Rasalhague) though he is in reality a Rasalhagian like them.[1]
