Company Profile

Home Office: Memphis, Styx

Overview

Styx Mining can be considered a poor step child to Metals of the Earth. Whenever Metals of the Earth seems to be winning too many government contracts or it becomes over stretched with its current operations, the Draconis Combine will pass along a contract or two to Styx Mining. Styx essentially operates only when Metals of the Earth cannot do the job. As this means that Styx cannot win a contract on their own merits, a heavy sense of fatalism has infected the employees and the firm is not known for innovation.[2].
