Teresa Dale was a Solaris VII MechWarrior.

On the third day of the 3062 Grand Tournament (13 August 3062), during a match against Lyran Alliance warrior Craig Orme, where she fired a PPC point-blank into the head of Orme's Rakshasa. While the death was ruled an accident, the rapidly increasing tensions between House Steiner and House Davion warriors - effectively a proxy battle for the FedCom Civil War - left many unconvinced it was not intentional.[1]

It is not known what happened to her after that.
