The Tsingtao Militia along the Second Battalion of Hurloc's Hussars faced the Davion Heavy Guards RCT. They fought to the best of their hability but were forced to surrender, but not before a number of mechwarriors within the Hussars who were violently opposed to the idea of surrendering started a combat with those wanting to surrender (in what became known as the Battle of Traitor's Grove) where nineteen Hussars 'Mechs were destroyed before the faction asking for surrender was victorious. After that fight the Militia surrendered.[1]
