History
As of 3051 Ulton was the bar's owner, and the tavern had become a sort of recruiting place for smaller mercenary units trying to find talents from Burgton arenas.
Rumor on the street set his allegedly in House Liao affiliation, and it was confirmed that he had survived several assassination attempts because of his past.[1]
