Locate any instance of ComGuard/ComGuards rather than Com Guard/ComGuards in books
Expansion of Com Guard unit entries to avoid deleting worthless sub-stubs
De-plagiarizing the Federated Commonwealth article and creating separate Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth article.
