Personal History
Early Years
Wilhemina was one of Capella's Liaos, granddaughter of Hurtong Liao, and daughter of Jun Liao, famous for his debauchery, being executed publicly for his crimes. Wilhemina studied in Sian University, studying theresociology and political theory for six years, becoming one of the foremost experts in Capellan political theory, serving a term in the [[House of Scions until 3147.[4]
Tutorin Danai
After New Syrtis' campaign, Danai Liao-Centrella was named Duchess of Castrovia, which pointed her as the Chancellor's Daoshen Liao-Centrella's heir. Then she met Wilhemina Liao, her cousin of Capella Liaos, which taught her the duties of being a member of the Sheng nobility. When Fortress Wall fell, Danai led her regiment and others to the Republic world of Hall, facing the defending battalion of the Fourteenth Principes Guards and establishing a nascent Capellan government, with Wilhemina traveling with her to continue teaching her.[5]

Physical Description
Wilkhemina was described as lithe without being tall, dressed with clothes edged in crimson and gold, the colors of the court, eyes with almond shape and black hair straight and shining with a high sheen.[6]
