Xi Galaxy (Clan Nova Cat)

History

Home of adherents of the Rossei Cloister in Clan Nova Cat, which has caused problems with other Nova Cat Warriors.

December 3062, remains of Zeta Provisional Galaxy's 1st Dragoncat Cluster was sent to the unit and was absorbed prior to the Combine-Ghost Bear War, including future Xi commanding officer Jal Steiner. After actions on fighting on both Itabiana and Caripare, the unit was promoted to front-line unit after Galaxy Commander Deleportas pedition Khan West.

February 3072, Xi forces stripped their base on Port Arthur, Tarazed, and Yamarovka completely equipiment, supplies, personal, and other war materials without explaination and simple left. This departure is not unlike former Zeta Provisional Galaxy during the Combine-Ghost Bear War.

July 14th, 3072, Xi Galaxy arrived over Luthien via pirate point declaring Trial of Annihilation against WoB's 42nd Shadow Division.^[1] Protecting the Galaxy were three Aegis Class Warships, Blade, Chronicle, and Vision Quest with a cluster of aerospace fighters. The aerospace floatila punch hole throw heavy Word of Blake aerospace forces, consisting of two Warship, dozen Battlesat. The Galaxy's five clusters manage to drop amist nasty airbattle over Kado-guchi Valley on top of the 42nd Shadow Division. Here the clusters systematicly tore into the Shadow unit. The Nova Cat aerospace fighters joined in to attack on the Blakist ground unit, until arrival of additional fighters from secret base. One of the Clusters managed to breaklines and enter the Imperial City, while rest doubled their efforts to annihilate all enemy units they came across. However, in process Xi units began take heavy casualities. In the city, Blakist reinforcements forced Galaxy Commander Jal Steiner, lead his Rossei Keshik and cluster Nova Cat troops out of the city. Steiner rallied his troops on Waseda Hill for second wave into the city, when Blakist caught him and his troops by surprise by six nuclear missiles. Only with cluster surviving bombardment, these troops withdrew to their dropships and left Luthien. Leaving nearly destroyed 42nd and the 9th Division screening force to defend Imperial City.^[2]

As of 3062 the Commanding Officer was Galaxy Commander Elianna Deleportis

As of 3067 the Commanding Officer was Galaxy Commander Jal Steiner, with Aide Star Colonel Isaiah Khatib.

It unknown if galaxy will be considered destroyed after battle on Luthien in July, 3072.
