History[edit]
This DEST unit was selected to run the field trials of the first squad of Kage Cs. After their campaign on Vega the Yoninisuu were given a brief retraining period on New Samarkand to evaluate the Kage C. The team was vocal in its displeasure at the lack of offensive weaponry, and stated that they were ill suited to actual battle, but New Samarkand Metals claimed the trials were successful as per the capabilities and tasks given to the unit.[1]
