James Beying Chen was the commanding officer of the Second Davion Guards' Infantry Brigade as of 3067.[1]

History[edit]

Colonel Chen, commanding the Second Davion Guards Mechanized Infantry, was stationed on Bromhead in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Major General Chen commanded the Second Guards' Infantry Brigade on Algol by 3067.[1]
