Paragon Cannady was the commanding officer of the Second Davion Guards' Armor Brigade as of 3067.[1]

Colonel Cannady, commanding the Second Davion Guards' 740th Avalon Heavy Artillery , was stationed on Bromhead in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Major General Cannady was given command of the Second Guards' Armor Brigade on Algol by 3067.[1]
