Halloran Hallis[edit]

Aside from the fact that the entry is against our Policy:Moratorium, I am of the opinion that Halloran Hallis cannot be considered a bloodnamed field officer. It amounts to jumping to conclusions to begin with, and even if he is a trueborn Hallis (we don't know that) it is highly doubtful that any remnant of Clan Wolverine, who disassociated themselves from the Clans, would maintain bloodnames in the Clan sense. An apology from my end, I'll just assured format was aligned with other bloodnames. Didn't know anything on Moratory and real usage of name in that history.--Pserratv (talk) 06:17, 9 March 2020 (EDT)
