Alicia Savinson was an Officer in the LIC and Chancellor of LIC during the reign of Katherine Stiener-Davion. She was commonly seen armed with an antique pearl handled Desert Eagle which had been presented to her by Melissa Steiner upon Savinson's appointment to the head of Loki[1].

History

Alicia Savinson started her career as an agent of Loki. She rose through the ranks rapidly, getting promoted to Kommandant-General of Loki by Karl Halburg in 3055 at the age of 33 after the preceeding officer was killed in action during a raid on Clan Jade Falcon [1]. Much like her prececessor[1] Savinson would personally lead Loki personnel on key raids on enemy territory. In 3057 when Katherine Stiener-Davion formed the Lyran Alliance, Savinson would immediately depose Karl Harlburg and the LIC Director to assume command of all LIC operations[2][3]. Savinson's willingness to follow any order given by the new Archon would result in mass purges throughout the LIC, a more active role for the Propaganda division, and a resurgence of Loki terror unseen since Alessandro Steiner[3][2]. At the end of the FedCom Civil War Savinson was among many officers court-martialed and removed for their conduct during the conflict during secret proceedings authorized by Archon Peter Steiner-Davion[3]
