Noted for her attempts to promote unity within her fractured Clan, Amanda Carrol held the position of Khan of Clan Fire Mandrill twice - initially during the Clan Invasion era and again during the outbreak of the Wars of Reaving and the destruction of her Clan.

History
Early Life and first tenure as Khan
As part of her efforts as Khan to promote greater Kindraa unity, in 3058 Amanda Carrol formally requested Kindraa Sainze retool their main production line on Shadow to manufacture the Mandrill Totem 'Mech for the first time in centuries, also ordering these 'Mechs be traded to the other Kindraa at reasonable rates of exchange to ensure their Clan's Totem 'Mech remained visible in all Fire Mandrill forces.[1]
Khan Again and the Wars of Reaving
Death and Legacy
While fighting against Clan Goliath Scorpion Amanda was killed by a Steel Viper Aerospace Fighter that attacked her mech.
As Amanda Carrol died as the last Khan of Clan Fire Mandrill, the rest of her clan would die along with her.

Amanda Carrol used a Crimson Langur up until her death during the Wars of Reaving.
