Captian Harry Chevalle was an independent merchant, who owned and captained the DropShip Ponsatrain, as of 3077.[1]

Chevalle serviced the world of Halloran V, including while it was under the control of the Word of Blake Protectorate, and thus was in the system with the Ponsatrain on 27 February 3077 to witness the Capellan Confederation WarShip CCS Franco Martell being destroyed by a Word of Blake controlled Space Defense System.
By 18 March 3077, Chevalle was on New Avalon, where he gave an interview to the Federated Suns News Service (FSNS) regarding what he had witnessed of the loss of the CCS Franco Martell.[1]
