A MechWarrior in service with the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery, Jaqueline Tokawa had reached the rank of Sho-sa by 3067, and was serving as the Commanding officer of the Third Battalion of the elite First Genyosha.[1][2][3] Jaqueline was a member of the First Genyosha from at least the early 3050s, and was one of the first DCMS MechWarriors to be issued with a RTX-10 Raptor OmniMech after Luthien Armor Works developed the design. Initially skeptical of the novel design, Jaqueline quickly became a fan of the 'mech.[3]
After nuclear weapons were used on Luthien on the 31st of January 3068, Jaqueline became increasingly reckless in her actions on the battlefield. This culminated in her stumbling into an ambush set by the mercenary unit known as Sathen's Snipers, under contract to the Kokuryu-kai at the time. Jaqueline's Raptor was downed early in the ambush, but Jaqueline managed to crawl out of her 'Mech and into hiding while the Snipers were destroying the remainder of her command lance.[3]
Jaqueline's Raptor was recovered by the ambushers, and Captain Patrick Snodgrass took the 'Mech as his own, using it effectively in numerous battles with both the Genyosha and the Word of Blake. Jaqueline swore a blood oath of revenge against Snodgrass, and after being equipped with a new Raptor she fought Snodgrass at least twice more during 3068 in an attempt to exact her vengeance.[3]
