Kedric Gilmour was the commanding officer of Omicron Galaxy from Clan Ghost Bear.
History
Kedric Gilmour was a trueborn aerospace pilot. He led Omicron Galaxy between 3061 and 3067[1], and did it from the front of the 55th Provisional Garrison Cluster.[1]
He created the 69th Provisional Garrison Cluster and reorganized the 55th Provisional Garrison Cluster and moved all of Omicron's AeroSpace assets into these two Clusters.[2]
