History

The Lugh was an Overlord-class DropShip operated by the Kell Hounds. It was described as "old" already when the unit was created in 3010.[1]

It would be the Lugh that pretended their intention to surrender to the Draconis Combine JumpShip Tsume in early 3013, precipitating the JumpShip's capture.[2]

As of 3016 and through 3029 it was under the command of veteran captain Thomas Helmer,[3] though he served as captain on the Nuada Argetlan during the Silver Eagle Incident in 3027 when the latter DropShip was deployed to the Styk system alongside the Lugh and the Manannan MacLir.

By January 3027 it was noted to be colored red and black, the colors of the Kell Hounds' unit crest.[4]
