Mark Allard was the third child of Daniel Allard and Megan Kell.[1]
History
In 3054, Mark was residing on Arc-Royal with his grandfather. At this time he met with Victor Steiner-Davion to whom he expressed frustration over the betrayal of his uncle Phelan Kell.[2]
