MechWarrior Maurice Frenn was a member of Wolf's Dragoons during the thirty-first century.[1]

History[edit]

Gamma Regiment[edit]

As of early 3028, Frenn was a member of the Recon Lance, Wisey's Company, Baker Battalion of Gamma Regiment. Following the Battle of Misery, Frenn's lance joined Gamma Regiment's First Provisional Company and went on to fight in the Fifth Battle of Harrow's Sun and the Battle of Crossing.

On Harrow's Sun, Frenn was severely wounded and his 'Mech destroyed, being one of the few survivors of the bloodbath at Fort Belvoir.[2][3] On Crossing, his wound was reopened and he lost his replacement ’Mech.[4]

Black Widows[edit]

Frenn was later recruited by Natasha Kerensky, together with a handful of other Gamma Regiment veterans, when she formed the Black Widow Battalion.[2][3] As of 3031, Frenn was a member of the Third Lance, Second Company (Tarantulas) of the Black Widow Battalion.[1] He fought on Tsinghai, Wallacia, Kujari, and Gei-Fu, and remained a member when the unit was reorganized to follow a Clan style organization.[5]

While with the Widows, Frenn developed a specialty with setting up and spotting ambushes, a skill used by Natasha Kerensky on numerous occasions.[2][3]

BattleMech[edit]

Frenn piloted a Falcon BattleMech until it's destruction on Harrow's Sun. He briefly piloted a Trebuchet until its destruction on Crossing. By the time Frenn had joined the Black Widow Battalion, he had been issued a new Falcon.[1][4]

Rules[edit]

Game Rules[edit]

Following the Fourth Succession War Frenn was an Elite MechWarrior.[4] As early as 3031 he had improved to Heroic (Gunnery 1, Piloting 2).[1]

In an apocryphal 3029 scenario Wolftrap set on Harrow's Sun, Frenn was an Elite MechWarrior (Gunnery 2, Piloting 3)[6]
