Paul Guire, known as "Dutch" was a Class Two and Three fighter for many years before discovering his aptitudes were in training rather than in actual combat.
He started working for smaller stables gaining a reputation as a competent and intelligent drill instructor. In 3047 he got a contract from DeLon Stables, which only increased his popularity.[1]
