Star Commander Rife Nagy (born 30?? - died 30??) was the Chief of the Clan Goliath Scorpion Watch from 3060 to 3064. As one of the Clan's elite Seekers early in life, he had ventured out in search of Star League Defense Force artifacts for his Clan and upon his return had earned the honor of an appointment with the Watch for his success.

At the direction of Alpha Galaxy Commander Rik Myers in April 3060, Nagy tapped his secret sources on Huntress to provide the Goliath Scorpions with key intelligence concerning the former holdings of the annihilated Clan Smoke Jaguar on the Abysmal continent and the SLDF unit dispositions in defending them. Nagy also warned Myers that the Second Star League was actively recruiting former Jaguar warriors into its ranks. Nagy's intelligence allowed Myers to successfully bid for and win the Warhawk factory and its attached spaceport at Rakt-Jabada during a Trial of Possession, as well as an enclave stretching one hundred kilometers in every direction.

Nagy's most notable physical characteristics were his neatness and immaculate personal grooming, with Galaxy Commander Myers always noting during their interactions that his black hair was "perfectly trimmed and combined."
