History[edit]

Ryn Nikolovich was born in Xanthe III and is an Andurien nationalist whose grandparents were killed in the vicious fighting on Xanthe III during the Andurien Secession, which has evolved into a family vendetta of sorts. This has made her to harbor a hatred of any non-Andurien Marik.

When she came to Solaris this helped her to get work as a MechWarrior in Fitzhugh Stables. Indeed, André Fitzhugh is backing her because he knows his passion a pale flame to her roaring conflagration against anything Marik, which helps to understand while even though Ryn Nikolovich is almost more trouble than she's worth, André still keeps her in the Stables' rolls.

She was the only warrior in the entire 3065 season to be cited five times for "unnecessary brutality and conduct unbecoming a Solaris VII MechWarrior" (which also was the time her nickname was created: Witch Queen) and has incurred almost half a million C-bills in fines against Fitzhugh Stables.

In 3067 she lost a match against Kevin McFadden of Bromley Stables and his Great Turtle[1] which has fueled her long run of successes against MechWarriors from Free Worlds League affiliated stables.[2] Though she was a superior-ranked gladiator, she simply could not wear away the mammoth armor protection of the Great Turtle quickly enough, and despite the new shield system in place on her upgraded Sasquatch, McFadden eventually cored through to the Witch Queen's gyro.[1]

BattleMechs[edit]

She pilots an SQS-TH-002 Sasquatch named "Witch Queen".[2]
