Star Colonel Sidney Nevversan was an Elemental and commander of the Seventh Jaguar Dragoons in 3059.[1]
She was the leader of the Cluster during Operation REVIVAL
In May 3050, she bid her own Command Trinary, along with Trinary Assault and Binary Elemental, in the attack on Garstedt.
