Weston Cooper earned his warrior status in 3020, just three months after he won the Order of the Raven. He served as Snow Raven Khan in the 3030s, a post he maintained for an unknown amount of time.
By 3061, he was the Star Colonel of the Fourth Raven Regulars, being sixty-two years old (quite an age for an active Clan Warrior, even Bloodnamed and serving in a second-line Cluster).[1]

Weston Cooper gained warrior status in 3020, and as Clan warriors are twenty-one years old when they pass their first Trial of Position, it means he was born in 2999.
