Biography
Xue Zhi-Heng was a Precentor within ComStar 82nd Division and Julius Rostinberger's XO when Julius resigned his commission. He was elevated to command the division, a position he held between 3061 and 3067[1]
She fought an uphill battle to rebuild the unit's morale after being left out of Operation BULLDOG and Julius Rostinberger's resignation.[1]
